I've ordered this sauce eight times over the last few years. I sometimes order Torani as well, depending on price. Love this chocolate sauce, the flavor is great and it dissolves into my iced coffee very easily (unlike Monin which you have to stir for a week). The pump that comes with this is high quality, it's practically free the way this set is priced, it can be cleaned and re-used, it's compatible with the Torani (and probably Monin) 64oz as well.

Good ingredients, taste, texture, mixability. It lasts a long time at room temperature. I use it for blended coffee and smoothies. I only do one pump per 2-3 cups of other ingredients but the presence of the flavor comes through undiluted. It has no faults. I wouldn't change anything about it.

Absolutely delicious! I was buying another brand and there was just something off about it, but this was great! I make a mocha latte almost everyday, and I'm already on my second large bottle! I just bought the pumpkin pie spice one and now I can make pumpkin spice lattes. I'm hoping they come out with some other holiday flavors, like peppermint chocolate. Anyway, really love this product, arrived super quick and the texture is great for making the lattes!

Amazon is telling me I've repurchased this chocolate sauce 29 times. Oops! It's soooo dang good that I have it on autoship. I use it for everything from coffee and cocoa to milkshakes. My kids and I absolutely love the taste! Just know that the pump doesn't seem to get it all out so, if you're not getting any more out of the pump, there's still more inside that you can pour!

Perfect for my morning mocha

This is my favorite chocolate sauce but the pump always comes broken.

I love this chocolate sauce! It has a great taste and comes with the pump. I just received my third bottle of it in 6 months. I use it every day in my iced oat milk mochas (recipe below). Each pump dispenses 0.5 oz = 15 ml = ~1 tbsp, so the metered pump makes it easy for making drinks. My only minor complaints are: 1) The bottle with the pump is too tall to fit in my fridge upright. I put it on its side, but then chocolate sauce spilled out through the pump, so I leave it out. I think I read somewhere not to leave it out more than some length of time and to refrigerate it if you don’t go through it fast enough, but that’s not a problem for me. However, for people who use it slower but still like the metered dose pump feature, it would be nice to make a shorter version that fits in the fridge. 2) The pump doesn’t reach the bottom of the bottle, so a lot of chocolate sauce is left at the bottom when you can’t pump anymore. I poured it into a tupperware (several cups) but then you can’t use the pump. 3) The pumps are reusable but warns that water is the enemy and can cause mold growth if it gets inside. I have found it hard to clean the pump well. I can’t seem to take it apart so I have soaked it in water. I’m not sure if there’s a better way to clean it. I keep ordering the ones that come with a pump though, so I guess it’s not really a problem. Iced oat milk mocha recipe: Dispense 2 pumps of Hollander chocolate sauce in a 16 oz cup. Add 2 shots of espresso and stir together. Add ice (I only use 3 ice cubes) and Oatly original oat milk. Feel free to use this as a starting place and adjust your recipe as desired or cut it in half for a smaller drink.

Great taste. Perfect for making iced mochas just like the coffee shops. Pump is excellent, no issues.

This product has saved me many trips to Starbucks! It has a good flavour and mixes well as a latte. I started with the smaller bottle but ended up buying the larger one after running out because it is so good!

I used to go to a coffee shop in Montreal that used this for their mochas and it was the BEST mocha ive ever had and then I moved so obviously I had to find this. I couldn't recommend it more, it is a little pricy compared to the other chocolate syrups but you really taste the quality. As someone who'd go out to cafes to buy coffees daily, Ive stopped because this makes my coffee taste better. I would store this in the fridge just because I've read reviews about it going bad in a couple months if left in room temp. It's also a pretty big bottle so it's gonna last you a while. I normally put in one full pump in my daily coffee and its the perfect sweetness.

This chocolate mixes perfectly well in hot and cold drinks. Very tasty!

My entire family loves this for mochas and hot chocolate. Able to make specialty coffees at home instead of spending money at a coffee shop.

Better taste than the Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa product in my opinion. Also the Ghirardelli is thicker and much harder to pump out. This Dutched Chocolate Café Sauce by Hollander Chocolate Co. has less per container and costs more. I am not convinced the difference is worth the extra cost.
