TWIN-TOWN 12-Inch 60 Teeth Steel and Ferrous Metal Cermet Saw Blade with 1-Inch Arbor

After trying several metal cutting blades, I can confidently say this one is among the best. It cuts through thick steel, up to 1/4", effortlessly, leaving a clean, polished finish with no burrs. I've compared it to more expensive brands, like Makita, and this blade performs just as well, if not better. I recommend using a lubricant and cutting slowly to prevent overheating, which can lead to tooth loss. So far, it hasn't dulled significantly, and I expect it to last a long time based on its performance. Overall, it's a great value and highly recommended for anyone working with metal!

I build metal stair railings and I make hundred of cuts a week on my metal saw and I used to buy only Diablo steel demon blades and one day they were out of stock so I decided to give this blade a try and I am very happy this blade has some serious life in it. I’ve used this blade constantly for over a month and it’s still cutting great! I mainly cut 14-11g square tubing ranging from 1”- 4” on a 10” evolution metal cutting miter saw. Twin town made me a Forever customer for sure!

It's pretty good blade, but get about 40 cuts of 3/16 steel plate and angle before it just quits cutting anything. I'll take some blame using non-metal cutting saw to cut. It did the job, so I got one more blade.

Best steel cutting device I've had in a long time.

This is my second blade. I use it on a evolution r255 chop saw cutting mild steel.It is the cleanest cutting blade I have used.I go through a blade a week.This blade did not last as long as others, but the cut quality offsets that.

Cuts great, narrow saw curf.

The blade cut mild steel very well for the first 15 to 20 or so cuts in 1 x 1 x 16g square tubing. Then it began do dull. Now at about 36 cuts it is nearly worthless.I contacted the seller and they promptly refunded the cost.They sent along some suggestions that recommended that I not push the cut too fast. I doubt if that was the problem, since I've been a skilled craftsman for most of my life, I'm now 94. Granted, I chose the least expensive blade on Amazon, thinking that I probably didn't really need a "long life" blade... but it would have been nice for it to have lasted through my current project...
