Evaporator Cleaner, Cleaner for Air Conditioner, 400 mL aerosol can

Recently gave our portable air conditioner units a long overdue service (5 years). Was fairly trivial to take apart the outer plastic shell with a Phillips screwdriver and used my Dyson v11 to give it a good vacuum. Also gave everything (plastic) a good wipe down to get rid of built up dust. I feared the worst (mould) but luckily only had to content with a bit of dust. Finally I used this on the evaporator coils. The air con units overall were pretty clean but I just wanted to be extra sure they were decontaminated and we weren't breathing in any nasties. I can sleep a lot more peacefully now.

Used on my aircon unit in the house as it started to smell. Works fantastic and so easy to use.

Cleaned the evaporator on one of my mini splits (AC). It worked well. High pressure gets in the places a hand cannot.

Works fine unit now smells nice and sweet again advert is a little misleading suggests that a new and improved tin is available, in reality reading the reviews you will get the old design the nosel has a push in strew I was worried it may fall off and disappear inside the unit, luckily this didn't happen. You will need to do some disassembly to the unit to reach all the parts that need attention. YouTube came to the rescue.

Wow, this really works 💪 Got a four year old mobile home AC unit that wasn't performing as it did the last few years ( used between June & September ) Pulled off the side panels to see lots of dust/debris on the cooling radiator.... Gently Vacuumed the fins without distorting & looked soo much better..... BUT, this spray really cleaned the fins & piping to great effect.... Working like new now.... RECOMMEND

Please note, if you are hoping to get the 'new pack' with the longer integrated spray nozzle then you may be disappointed, I have ordered two and both of them were the old pack with a spray tube which is only about 2 inches long (so not as good for getting the spray where you need it.

Was at my wits end with a mouldy smelling portable AC, ready to take it back without a receipt and beg for a credit note towards another, but this spray appears to have done the trick. Used about half the can in every vent and orifice I could access without taking the thing apart, then turned the AC on and let it work through the system. The smell has 90% gone and there's more formula left for additional treatments. Best 7 quid I ever spent.

Prodotto eccezionale, avevo già usato la versione in schiuma col tubo lungo per l'auto di un'amico con ottimi risultati. La ditta produttrice ha prodotto una nuova versione pubblicizzata in foto, che ha la cannuccia già innestata che si alza di 90° tipo WD-40 e simili, ma sappiate che (forse per rimanenza) vi arriverà la vecchia confezione dove la cannuccia la dovete mettere voi manualmente. Assicuratevi di inserirla per bene fino in fondo, altrimenti vi schizzerà via all'interno dello split (solo se vi arriva la vecchia confezione). Io ho da giugno 2024 due climatizzatori, uno in soggiorno e uno nel disimpegno camere; da quest'anno, quello in soggiorno, al mattino, all'accensione ha cominciato ad emettere un cattivo odore di acido acetico, che è un prodotto di scarto (la pupù) di alcuni batteri, che ha lo svantaggio di essere molto penetrante ed avvertibile anche a bassissime concentrazioni, dell'ordine dei ppm. Nonostante i filtri fossero puliti, e periodicamente attivavamo la funzione active clean che congela e scongela l'evaporatore interno per pulirlo dallo sporco, il biofilm batterico che si forma internamente grazie all'umidità è tenace e non molla. Questo prodotto è stato formidabile, uno spray basta per 2 split (ma vi consiglio di prenderne sempre almeno 2). Sono inclusi anche guanti di plastica monouso, che però non si sono rivelati necessari. Emana un piacevole odore di limone, ma mentre lo spruzzate avvertirete anche quello dell'alcol contenuto nello spray. Buona anche la pressione della bombola che consente di pulire ogni parte, attenzione però che se lo usate non stop, per reazione endotermica, il propellente nella bomboletta si raffredda e diminuisce un po' la pressione, cosa normalissima, basta agitare e continuare (o fermarsi un momento). Assicuratevi di partire prima dall'alto (dopo aver rimosso i filtri e spento l'unità), da sinistra a destra (o viceversa) per poi scendere in basso. Una volta finito e aver installato nuovamente i filtri è importantissimo accendere l'unità per far sì che la nuova condensa che si va a formare pulisca i residui sia dello spray che dello sporco e del biofilm batterico. Stra consigliato, ottima marca, peccato per il prezzo (12€ al momento); sebbene questi prodotti hanno tutti prezzi simili, in pratica non si paga il prodotto, che è economicissimo da produrre, ma il valore della sua funzionalità.

Très bon nettoyant pour climatisation ! Facile à utiliser et l’odeur est vraiment agréable. Après application, l’air est plus frais et la clim fonctionne mieux. Très satisfait du résultat
