Hello, The pillow is a king size pillow. The dimensions of the pillow are 71*41cm so it might not fit any pillow case, but the pillow includes a bamboo pillow case .

Can you machine wash the pillow itself or only the cover?

Only the cover can be washed. My husband put the pillow in and he had to throw it away. It was ruined
