This provides additional assurance that we are receiving the highest quality ingredients from China. Few companies have our know-how and experience in sourcing hundreds of wholesome and safe spices and herbs from up to 80 countries, including the USA. Whats the differece between mccormick culinary garlic powder and mccormick fine garlic powder?

"Culinary" is a line of products that McCormick sells. It is primarily for the professional (restaurant) market. It includes many of their herbs and spices. The container is the same size for all products, about 10x the size of their standard container, but is usually only about 3x the price. It's a good deal if you can use it before it expires. I buy this product line for the common herbs and spices.

Quality Garlic, worth the price

Finally something that tastes like real garlic. I am 70 years old and remember when the fresh garlic cloves had a bite. Today’s grocery store garlic has little taste. The only thing I found that has taste was garlic paste which is expensive, until I found this. Personally I use a lot of garlic I have no problem with the size. Additionally I keep it in the freezer anyway to avoid the clumps. I can’t express my happiness with finding a quality garlic powder.

Very fine garlic powder

I was surprised how fine the garlic power is. It is very fine. Not quite flour but close. The powder does have a garlic taste. I do not try to shake out the powder. I take off the lid and get what I need.

You can’t beat it!

Much cheaper than the grocery store, and I use it all the time when I need more flavor than just garlic cloves or depending on what I’m making. Always fresh and arrives in great condition. The only one my family buys!

Tasty but very fine

Nice flavor, the texture is very very fine (like confectioners sugar) which makes it challenging to work with. It is difficult to get it sprinkled evenly and it wafts into the air. Will finish using it since it tastes good but going back to granulated.
