This is safe for Powder Coated or painted wheels. You will need a soft wheel brush with this product.

Does it work well cleaning the white lettering on tires?

As far as I know, this is for cleaning wheels only.

What ingredients are in this?

You can get from their website. It’s truly a great product, I’m a car guy and have used this particular cleaner happily. Be sure to use as directed, it turns purple after applied and means time to rinse. Good luck!
