Love the brand and price point
The use several products from DFH but the Paleo Fiber RS might be my favorite. It has helped with my gut health and aided in regular bowel movements.

It's great
I add this to my protein shakes and it thickens, adds a slightly earthy flavor, and makes me feel so much better than protein alone. Haven't tasted it standalone.

Keeps my gut healthy!
My doctor recommended I take resistant starch for my gut. This one is the best on the market. It has the added benefit of keeping me regular. I first heard about it in a Dr Mark Hyman article. Dissolves easily, taste is pleasant. I take it in a shot glass

Product is great…Amazon sucks. I’ve ordered this before, and it’s great. However, the most recent order arrived from Amazon with a compromised safety seal, and Amazon will not accept a return or provide a replacement. This is a little too expensive to have ZERO customer support. So, buyer beware. DO BETTER, AMAZON.
