MAGARROW 78" x 1" Strap Buckle Packing Straps Adjustable 1-Inch Belt

Works well, took me a bit to figure out how it works. Used it to reinforce the attachment of a thermal expansion tank bracket to my water heater. Used it as a temporary solution but it seems strong enough to remain as a permanent solution.

Jan 6, 2021 Update: Changed review to 5 stars. Company was extremely prompt to resolve the issue I had with one of the ten straps. They also stated that they would be communicating with their quality control group to help ensure strap threading is checked closer before shipping. As indicated in my earlier review, the nine straps work exactly as one would hope. Easy to tighten, strong, and no slippage at all. I received a ten pack and nine of the straps and buckles are in excellent condition and work very well. One however (see photo) was received with a single loose thread holding the strap to the buckle. In today’s times, I can’t rate a product above 2 stars with a 10% defect rate .....particularly for something that is readily visible to even a cursory inspection. I provided feedback to the supplier about the problem. If they stand behind their product and send a replacement for the defective item, I will increase the review rating to five stars because nine of them do exactly what one would want a strap to do. I would like to thank the reviewer that mentioned using these for memory foam toppers. We bought them to keep our Christmas Tree box intact without taping it each year. Decided to go with 10 vs 4 after seeing some of the suggestions for other good uses!

High quality material, adjustment is fair. Very easy to use. No one is getting out of this, I mean nothing,.... We'll it's secure enough for,.. stuff. Whatever you need it for.

Webbing is polyester, with a grosgrayne weave, and length of each strap is between 78" and 82". Color (army green) is exactly what I need for my projects. Polyester is also preferrable (as opposed to either nylon or polypropylene) for my projects. Polyester is stronger than polypropylene, stretches less than nylon, absorbs less moisture than nylon, and is more UV resistant than nylon. Grosgrayne weave provides superior traction within the single-adjustable side-release buckle. Webbing thickness is 0.045" thick. 3 plies of webbing will pass-through the triglide slots, and four plies are possible, but only with extreme effort with hemostat clamps and only at expense of damaging tag end, which would need to be retrimmed and remelted afterwards. Good buckles and triglides. Manufacturer's product stamp is VTX.

Keeps my clothes fixed while packing and traveling, happy with them, they are adjustable.

I have a folding E-bike that I often put in the back of my car. I love the folding function but it doesn't have anyway to hold the bike together during transport. I fold the bike in half and run one of these through the tires and fasten it. I haven't had any issues with them keeping the bike folded during transport. They work very well and the price is quite low. Definitely recommend for your smaller strap down projects.

Strap material is thicker then I expected, which is a good thing, and plenty long. Held tight once I figured out the proper way to thread the strap through the buckle end. Only downside is you can't pull the strap tight after you wrap it around something. You have to have the length set before you snap the buckle together, which means using a trial and error method that requires a fair amount of patience. Also if you cut the strap shorter, as I did, then you have to burn the cut end or it can unravel. Of course since I shortened two of them I will keep them, but they are not as user friendly as I would like.

These straps are nice and long, and very sturdy/durable. The material isn't the chincy thin garbage that a lot of other straps are made of. These are great.

After years of trying to spot our suitcase on the luggage carrousel at the airport, we installed these straps and can spot ours instantly

I have found it very useful to prevent my cushions from flying away in case of high winds.

These were purchased to act as tie downs on my travel trailer battery box and they are ideal for that application. Not sure about UV resistance but I guess I will find out. The plastic buckles seem to be robust enough. Very satisfied..

The straps are perfect for what I needed them for. A little longer than I needed, so I cut them down and burnt the ends so they would not fray. Would recommend if you need straps that can be adjusted.
