I need a new cable for my iPad and found these and though great, I was even more happy when they arrived, good sturdy cables of a decent length. Charging was fine and I was happy.Then the problems started. I had to connect my iPad to my MacBookAir to update my music and I noticed I was having to wait a long time for iTunes to reckonise my iPad, then I looked at my iPad and saw the battery icon was flashing green on and off, then my MacBook Air gave me a warning notice saying; 'could not read from the device' !I tried the other cable and that was exactly the same :(Luckily I was able to return to Amazon for a full refund.

My son broke one after having it for 2 days. The other one has lasted a lot longer. Not sure how but the inside had bent so unable to use. Otherwise they are sturdy cables and charge with no problems.

Like them, it works for our old iPad, but it’s a bit pricey.
