Does it work? Yes, yes, yes! This my second belt & I loved both, have used it without either and still had results. i still sweat a loooot more than usual. i am literally dripping sweat everywhere. I’m talking belly, arms, face, legs, EVERYWHERE! Its kinda gross but i know it’s working. I always feel less bloated after a gym session, and i see my tummy going down each time. The key is to stay hydrated every day, whether you are going to use it that day or not. Then the weight and inches lost isn’t just water weight, it’s true results. It can be a short-lived solution to fit into that dress, or it can be an effective weight loss solution to shed inches and keep it off. It just depends on how much work you want to put in. It won’t do the work itself. Consistency is key! How does it hold up? It’s great if you take care of it. After every use, I wipe it down with a towel Then I run it under warm water and rinse the rest off then hang up to air dry. Every few days I’ll use a small amount of soap and do the same. I made the mistake of washing it once and it did start pilling, but only a tiny tiny bit and that was my mistake. If you hand wash this, it should hold up really well. It hasn’t lost any elasticity and it is still very effective after many regular hand washes. My only regret with this is not having ordered it sooner. it won’t get you results unless you are truly putting in the effort. I go to the gym 4-5x a week and use it every time, but I also drink A LOT of water daily and eat healthy (low carb). I recommend this to anyone I come across because it really is an amazing product.

The product is worth buying. It gives you a good lumbar support and help you out to burn excess belly fat. I have been using this product since last one week and I'm quite satisfied. However, I believe the price is on a higher end, it purchased it for 1500, it should have been priced between 1000-1200.

Very comfortable and easy to use product. Makes feel your tummy area "on fire and sweaty" in very short time. Material used and stitching quality is good. Belt and pouch both has "FitPick" logo. It gives premium feel to products and pouch is handy to carry it in gym. "12 weeks Abs workout guide" is added value. Overall very happy with this product.

Product quality is extremely bad in suggest everyone kindly don't bye this product. This person are cheating over here. The price of the product is Rs 1,100 but the product quality is extremely bad. You can see the product quality after 4 to 5 times of uses. I don't even know why Amazon Allah's kind of product in the prime list. I have used this product only for 3 to 4 times and the materials started damaged. Kindly don't bye this product I suggest every one

It’s very nice to wear it when you are doing exercise or walking

First, let me start off with waist trainers are not a magic fix to your mid-section. So, please understand this trainer is an added assets to my WORK OUT JOURNEY and my CHANGING EATING HABITS along with my intake to my SOCIAL DRINKS. This fitpick sweat slim belt… sweat is real! I emphasize on the fact that I also worked out with my slim belt on and changed my eating dramatically! I love this product and I love it even more because it doesn’t carry a odor. I am all about making sure things are clean so I do my very best to wipe it down with a cloth with water and soap, but when it needs a real cleaning, I go the old fashion way and wash by hand. NOW, you can use your washer, BUT ONLY IF IT HAS HAND WASH OPTIONS (I just did this a month ago and nothing happened to mines, but I put it on hand wash mode)! Me, personally I would not try to wash it like you would do when you wash your regular clothes! I mean, literally, I would have sweat rolling towards my bum! . I did sweat and had sweat pouring off of me, but I could tell the difference! I say if you believe in working out and need to ADD something to your weight lost journey then this product is the way to go! REMEMBER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELT. The velcro of fitpick belt is quite strong. So, while taking it off you have to be gentle with it to avoid damaging the fabric.

value for money,i used once only , but it works , i practice 20 min yoga as i suffered from lower back bane., this belts work (sweating great) let me used this 10 days , again i will write a review
