They are great especially if your fish are fighting each other and you want to separate them, when putting them together, you have to use a small hammer. They’re pretty easy to install after you get them together.

The eraser itself works great, not crumbly and the pen erasers seem to be a little longer which makes them easier to load into the clamp. It’s easy to make a fine point with it by just using a regular surface, (no need to use sand paper.) I will likely purchase this again but not anytime soon because there are a lot of erasers! I only used two (maybe even 1 1/2) for my Bald Eagle I’ve shown above.

These 5mm eraser refills fit the Papermate Profile pencils. Cut the eraser in half and take out the used eraser. They fit into the Papermate Profile pencils, but they do stay in with the metal eraser holders (which you will have to cut to size to shorten). You DO need to use the metal eraser holders. These erasers are perfect!

In fact the skinny eraser gets finished far more quickly than the larger size. I wld like a set of only the skinny replacements. Maybe there are better and worse skinny ones, maybe that's why mine are used up so quickly.

I missed to buy the eraser refills at the beginning when I got my AFMAT electric eraser even is rechargeable it is a huge plus, love it. I haven’t use the eraser refill, but I’m aware the are made of the same as any other eraser. The quality build nice not the best or the worst but it does the job when I need the most, but is so awesome to have many spare eraser for both types the small eraser for minor details and the other as the standard that came with the eraser clip when I bought the AFMAT for eraser mistakes as the small eraser or even better to give my art works special effect when erasing. The electric AFMAT eraser is built well but not high quality material, I’m not asking a lot just a well build tool to do the job and it does it well after using a couple of months. With the refills I got it would last me a lifetime, eraser speed is good so I highly recommend for erasing or giving for details and it is easy to use. The only thing I wished this eraser had is a switch of “On and Off” to prevent the button on turning on on it’s own if pressed in object if an accident happen or by mistake drops or move around when drawing but everything else good. I’m happy with the product and affordable. 💖
