Nature Made CholestOff Plus, Dietary Supplement for Heart Health Support, 100 Softgels, 25 Day Supply

Sometimes my store doesn't have these supplements, so I ordered them from Amazon this time. The pills are large but the shape and coating make them easy to swallow. There is no taste and I've had no stomach side effects ever. I only take one a day because I feel like having some plant sterols in me helps supplement my normal diet. My cholesterol has always been good. I've taken them for about 6-7 years.

Amazing results. I learned about plant sterols from a New York Times article on the Portfolio Diet, and combined with eating oatmeal every day, my cholesterol dropped by 90 points. BMI of 21 and regular workouts all my life but I also eliminated red meat and chicken when I started taking this which most certainly helped but I’m sure this product was a big factor.

Purchased this supplement because bloodwork showed slight elevation. Good product. I recommend this product.

This product is amazing, my cholesterol reading was 226 which it’s never been that high in my life. Concerned for my health, I decided to research things to lower my levels without need to get on a prescription drug that my doctor wanted me to take. Recently I got in a car accident and was no longer as mobile as I was ,so exercising was no longer my best option. So I started to take these nature made pills and low and behold I went back to the doctor six months later and my cholesterol now dropped down to 194, and I mean all the different types of cholesterol (hdl, tri, etc) all improved. I’m so very grateful I read reviews and found this and will continue to take this. So if your on the fence about it trust me you will not regret buying it.

I had been taking a statin for YEARS when a friend told me about CholestOff. I kept taking my statin & began taking this. My cholesterol dropped from210 to 151. I slowly weaned myself off my statin & my cholesterol levels are still much beer than when I was taking a statin. Pills are large, about the size of prenatal vitamins. That is the only mildly negative thing I can say.
