It does what its supposed to do. The velcro supplied is truly of industrial quality with extremely good adherence, this is not your dollar store velcro. The installation was easy and straight forward. I tested the system with the fan at maximum when the vent was fully closed and the cover stayed in place with no hint of being forced open by the air pressure, also no hissing or air noise.
