Keep it on a foam sheet or packing sheet to get sound of the singing bell. If you try ro hold it on your hand you might not get the sound because it damps the sound energy.. This is the trick.. The product is good.. Value for money.. For people who say the singing bell is not working it's good to try it in this. Method. It depends on how we keep it unaffected with absorbing the sound waves..
