Sleep Tight Cards

These cards were gifted to staff as part of a wellness fair. We received many compliments! These cards are well-made, use simple language, foster positive self-care and are full of practical, mindfulness-based sleep strategies!

The kids love these simple cards. They’re constantly looking for ways to unwind on their own including teas, yoga, and weighted blankets. This was the perfect addition to their calming toolbox.

I’ve been using these with clients at work and they seem to be a big hit! I let clients pick 2-5 cards, make copies, and then send the copies home with them! It’s also a great way for the client to take note/mark which cards worked for them and which ones didn’t!

Small cute cards no bigger then your palm

This was a stocking stuffer gift so I didn't open the box for a closer look but it appeared to be just as I expected. About the size of a deck of cards.

I like portability of the cards. The activities are simple and dont require too many things to complete the sleep activities

I bought these as gifts for my boss and front desk person and they really liked them. My boss even asked where she could get them.

A few good suggestions, but lots are practically repeats or over my kids heads.

I think the idea is brilliant. I haven't used them much but they really open your eyes and kind of make you forget about your worries to help you to go to sleep after all that's what they were made for. I love the colour scheme. I love muted colours. The instructions are easy to understand. I pull out a card and I repeat the instructions until I fall asleep. It gives you healthy thoughts that push out the negative and stressful thoughts we can have before going to bed. It gives you something nice to think about and focus on.

I showed these cards to my friend who then went and bought themselves a pack. Very thought provoking and help you with mindfulness and calming. Very helpful in deciding what you need to do to move forward. My friend suggested that they could be made into coasters which I thought was a great idea .

These are really great. They have exercises on them for each night. Half are writing exercises/tasks eg write yr thoughts down and devote 10 minutes to them and the other half are tapping/ breathing/visualisation exercises. Each ends with a positive affirmation. I am really disappointed Amazon sent me a second hand already opened and ripped item but that's not the fault of the item.

The cards are lovely, they are a gift for my friend who has difficulty sleeping and I'm sure they will be helpful! Good idea to have them on your bedside table! I've not given them too her yet. So I can't comment further.
