I use these to make Jello and pudding for side dishes and snacks. Good to find the right size glass cup with a lid. I didn't want plastic cups. The glass cups work well in the dishwasher, and I have been washing the lids by hand to hopefully make them last longer without breaking. So far so good.

These are great. Little storage containers, lids fit well. No leaks. Great for storing leftovers.

Love these!! I bought to freezer single size portions of food. They are just the right size and a great quality material. The glass is thick and the lids seal tight. I've put the glass containers in the dishwasher but I only hand wash the lids since I have had experience in the past with lids becoming out of shape and not sealing well afterwards.

I love Anchor Hocking dishes! I have ordered more than a half dozen cases in various sizes. I scoop directly from the Instant Pot into the glass dishes and put them immediately into the freezer. After frozen, I put them straight into the microwave (after removing the lids). They say not to do this but I have had zero problems. They are very durable and totally dishwasher safe. The blue lids are less durable than then the green lids. When using immediately after removing them from the freezer, run the lid under cool or warm water and the lid will become flexible and thus will not crack. I wish I had learned this sooner; I have numerous blue lids with their centers split open or edges cracked and a few that are completely destroyed.

Love these to take my lunch to work. Microwaveable. If you're a big eater get the larger size.

These are a great size for leftovers, which is mainly what I use them for. I have a 2-cup one (same make) but found a smaller size to be more what I needed. I had a couple of similar Pyrex bowls with lids, but the lids were extremely difficult to remove. (I gave those away.) I did not have this problem with my 2-cup Anchor Hocking -- nor do I have this issue with the one-cup size. I bring this up because one reviewer recommended a different type of storage bowl because these lids were so difficult to remove. I am a senior with both arthritis and neuropathy in my left hand, but I am able to remove these lids without a fuss. I suspect that the other reviewer may have been unaware that plastics contract in the fridge or freezer. When you take them out, you have to give the plastic a few minutes to "relax"; you can even help it along by warming it with your hands. This makes lid removal MUCH easier. (I have all-plastic containers in the freezer and the same is true of them.) One other note: I would advise against using these lids in a microwave oven. Plastics aren't suited for that. I would suggest getting a set of silicone bowl lids to use instead. Even if you don't have one that's a perfect fit, you can always use one that's a bit oversized. That way you won't have to worry about warping these lovely plastic lids. Caveat: another reviewer mentioned leakage. I can't speak to that, as I don't use these bowls to store liquids. If there is sauce, it remains in the bottom of the bowl and I don't tip it sideways. Whew! I didn't expect to leave such a lengthy review. Bottom line: I recommend these!

I like these light glass cups. They are perfect for small portions and especially pudding when I make it I do have one lid that didn’t hold up after one use.
