Works just as well as a much more expensive supplement.
I used a supplement blend that included Pygeum. It worked for me but was expensive. I had tried all the other ingredients before and had no success. Thought I would try just the Pygeum and it has worked well and is keeping me off a prescription drug at a fair price.

It works great. I’ve had a minor sporadic issue with Prostate of hemaspermia for a few years that was off and on. The minute I took the product it fixed it completely! As a bonus I only have to go to the bathroom every 4-5 hrs. This was never a big issue with me. Urologist told me I have some inflammation, but nothing to worry about (joys of getting older). I combine it with a low dose of Saw Palmetto. This dosage is very helpful lower dosages didn’t work on me

It’s REAL
This is a truly great product. It takes some time but it actually works…Looking back it may have taken 3 months to notice difference but this stuff works…Im only noticing this as I am 7 tablets from being out and I looked up my order details and just realized I ordered in March…but I was thinking Id order maybe 3 months ago…WOW!!! I have told numerous guys about it along the timeline I just didn’t know how much time had passed.

It doesnt work. Could be not really pygeum
It doesnt work as expected. I have used Swanson and it is better, but since Swanson is not available for shipping to the Philippines, I tried this brand and i could really tell the difference. Although this has higher mg, it dont feel it works.
