How far out should the expiration date be when you receive this product? Ours was only about 6 months and it seems like it should last longer.

It will probably be OK for a couple of years. Expiration dates are relative to sales practices.

I drank a beverage and it burned my lips. I kept using chap stick and other lip products for dry lips to see if they would help. Nothing did. I bought this and it got rid of the burn, the darkening, the irritation and the dryness. This is a great product.

My dermatologist suggested I use Polysporin instead of Neosporin as one is less likely to develop an allergy to it. It appears to work just as well as Neosporin.
