This mix of collagen and turmeric does the job. Caveat: drink it with a lot of water. Sometimes it can get stuck in the middle of your esophagus due to the size of the capsule, and as it dissolves, the pepper gives a painful, burning feeling. Be sure to make it go to the stomach. I take three caps at night with a lot of water and it really helps with aches.

I have been using for about 4 months now and notice a definite improvement in my pain level in bad knee and hip. Taking this product keeps pain from inflammation under control without drugs that can be hard on my stomach.

I was hoping it worked for arthritis pain as well as Arthrozene. But it did not.
