The cooker itself is great! It heats up fast, has three settings and is very durable. I would recommend to anyone. The only issue is the box it comes in. It is INCREDIBLE flimsy. I do NOT recommend putting the unit back into the box after use, unless you use the styroam it was packed in. I have two of these units and cracked the lids on both due to the box being unable to withstand the weight of a cotton ball. I wad able to gorilla glue them back together, but it is frustrating. Just an FYI I wish I knew ahead of time.

These are tiny but for a household of 2 they are nearly perfect. My 90 y/o mom has decided she doesn't care for leftovers. Really? this frual woman that raised me. Anyway, there is just so much room in the freezer so thought I would give this a try. It works like any other slow cooker but I can make more tha enough for us with a little leftover for me. The stoneware is easy to wash - big ones are so bulky and heavy. I can make homemade applesauce in one side and a stew in the other. You can use also use just one side. The whole thing is not too heavy. This unit just doesn't have any "bells and whistles" but if I want that I use my 3.5 qt that is programmable.

I gave this 4 star as upon receiving I returned as I ordered the wrong one. I wanted 2.5 qt containers. I ordered this to replace a previously purchased one that I broke. I can say my family loves the triple slow cookers. Having the three cookers, an entire meal could be planned out and put on to slowly cook through the day. And its ability to keep food in a warming state to prevent bacteria was a plus for late comers and those wanting seconds.

Easy to clean, cook time just like a normal crockpot, lightweight, great size for holidays. Easy to use.

Works like it's supposed to.

What’s so great about this is that you can make 2 different foods at the same time. I use mine mostly during football season. I’ve made cocktail weenies, dips, meatballs and soups. The uses are limited only to your imagination.

I bought 32 oz of rice and beans to serve with my homemade tamales for Christmas Eve. I put them in cold, they warmed up and stayed perfect for serving. The bean did not dry out. The rice stayed steamy good! Maybe i should have got the one with 3 for veggies. They were in another slow cooker. Enjoy your yummy!

I was debating between this and a few other popular brands like AmazonBasics, but figured I'd give this one a try. Honestly pretty impressed by how hot it gets and how easy the controls are. It would be nice to have an indicator LED to know when it's on, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I did notice an issue with one of the internal cooking pot areas that didn't look quite right, so I reached out to their after-sales support to check on it. They confirmed it was a defect and quickly offered to RMA the unit and send me a replacement. The response was fast and they handled everything really well. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The cooker performs exactly as advertised and I have no issues at all in that regard, however the strong unpleasant odour which fills the kitchen when it's used is a worry. I accept some smells when the product is new, but this has been used regulary for several months and yet the problem remains. I will stress that the flavour of the food cooked is in no way affected by the smell. It spoils what is a good inexpensive product.

I didn’t read the specs and I am truly shocked at how tiny these pots are. I can’t imagine any possible use for them.
