Okay, so the other reviews stating this was small are correct. I am a pretty average sized woman, not too heavy but not skinny, but couldn't get this close to covering the right part of my shoulders. The material was VERY soft, I could tell it was warm but the color of the fuchsia/pink was way different than I expected. Very very vibrant and not really appropriate for the event I was not this for.I contacted customer service and they were actually very very kind, apologetic, and offered me a full refund. I was surprised by their speed and ability to get this resolved so quickly.My experience went from negative to positive quick. The item itself wasn't what I wanted or expected, but I think for very small individuals or children this would be good. So for the item, it's 3/5 stars. For customer service, I would give them 5/5.

To small but it's beautiful

I hate that there were no little pockets as described. The hook made it fit way to high so I added another hook to make it fit better across the shoulders.

I needed something that could go over my dress to keep me warm for a winter party. I ordered the grey one and the color was the same as pictured. The only thing was, it was a bit too small for me.The company is very good with their customer service and helping with returns.

The color is off from the picture (hot pink instead) but overall beautiful shawl. It is full and feels warm to make it inside without a heavy coat. I love vibrant colors so I can’t wait to rock this. I plan to wear it to a gala with a bold color dress. For the price, this worked for me!

Sheds a lot and the pockets are kind of weird. It was almost like they were sewn upside down.

Product was not as long as l was expecting it to be. Thought it would cover more of shoulders and arms.
