I surf almost everyday and the leash has been great and it's unfortunate that it broke. However I did use it quite a bit. I purchased the leash less than 6 months ago and its pretty disappointing that it lasted for such a short time. Fortunately, they offer a a 1 year warranty. I emailed them and their customer service was quick to respond, even the founder respond to my emails. They simply asked for a pic or proof of purchase and just like that they mailed me another leash.
