This product is sticky so I apply a little to the wig with my hands then I spray with a good amount of water. The hold is not as impeccable as the other well known brands but for the price it’s ok. For the blue colour I wouldn’t use it on a 613 because it might transfer. The scent is lovely though ( I got the fresh scent). Overall easy to use (just scoop out from the container), consistency is more watery compared to other brands but sticky. It’s not the best on the market but you can definitely give it a try. There’s a pic before applying the product and a video showing after applying the product.
