Good Textbook, Even Funny At Times
Only reason I did not rate it a 5 was because the fast paced class I am in makes the chapters seem so long. This book really does make healthcare admin interesting. The authors do a great job of making all topic understandable. The book is incredibly easy to follow and one of the best textbooks I have ever had to read.

Perfect condition and access code worked
Haven't read this book-- will be using it for a class. All I cared about was that it arrived in 'new' condition and that the access code worked, which it did. Happy with the purchase.
