confusing description but okay product
EDIT: after reading the comments to my review and after doing some research, I realised my original review was a bit misinformed. I still think it would be more helpful if there were less ambiguity on the matter, but I do agree with the commenters that at least this brand clearly declares the actual content of magnesium after all. I have therefore changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars and edited the title to a more fair version. I have never left a one star review on anything, and, although I can't say if the product works or not (I have just received it), I feel like I've been tricked into thinking that there is way more magnesium in one tablet than there actually is. I know it does say "Magnesium Citrate 500mg 120 Capsules - Providing 150mg of Active Elemental Magnesium", but putting the first part at the beginning of your product description is just wrong and misleading. I was prescribed a daily dose of 500 mg of magnesium by my neurologist for migraine, so I thought this was a good deal, both in terms of price and convenience (just one pill to take rather than 3 a day). Instead, it turns out I have to take 3 of them, they will last 1/3 of the time and I will not even get the amount of magnesium I need, as 3 of these add up to 450 mg instead of 500. Not to mention that I could have gotten a better deal from other sellers. Quite disappointed

Good value magnesium supplement. Capsules rather than tablets so although large they are easy to swallow. Although the tablets are 500mg in total the magnesium citrate content is 150mg
