Great food, very bad picking service
My dog loves this food, she does the happy dance when it’s time to eat. I can’t really say anything about the flavor or freshness, I haven’t tried it, nor do I intend to. What I would also NOT do is order this package if 4 bags. The pickers wherever this comes from apparently cannot read. Nor does customer service have a good handle on our very confusing American English. I ordered this and got one bag. That would make this about $10/lb. that’s a pound. I think I can still buy an average cut of beef for that price! I called CS, had to explain the situation 3 or more times, and finally that ah ha moment happened. All I wanted was the rest of my order. I got one (1) bag. Well, at least now it’s around the cost of chicken, maybe a little more. I think I’ll just give up.

This Dog is pleased
It’s kibble. It got flavor and crunch. It goes nicely with chicken from the human table, as well as with Purina One canned stuff. I’d prefer a seat at the table or at least a bowl from it, but beggars can’t be choosers. This is not at all shabby.🐾

Solved my picky eaters
My dogs love this food. They are terrible about eating but when I got this food to fill the gap with my auto delivery my 2 shepherds were smelling the bags and eating it without their chicken on top. So glad I tried this and switching from Purina Pro to this

Purina is great. I had my dog back in the 80s on it. Then I tried the turkey and venison in 2004. All my dogs have been on that even since. Also you don't see recalls on it

Missing 3 of the 4 bags of dog food. Please double check your order upon delivery.
I ordered this product because it is out dogs favorite, the first bullet point on the content information states that there is 4 - 3.8 lb bags, when we opened the box there was only 1 bag! We checked our packing slip and it states that it should've been 4 individual bags as well, we also double checked our order history on Amazon to make sure who was at fault. I would either like a refund or 3 replacement bags for the ones WE NEVER RECEIVED. Thank you. Other than the missing bags this product is good quality, packaging is awesome and durable, the weight of the bag is perfect especially for elderly people. Our dogs really enjoy this flavor will definitely keep purchasing this flavor.
