**Q: Does this come with the weight to hold it down or do you just insert it into some weights and it will hold?**
A: This device does not come with weight to hold it down. The base is shaped to be inserted into the bar opening in the center of weight plates (2 45# plates stacked on top of one another, for example).

**Q: Will this scratch my stainless steel sleeves?**
A: The normal wear and tear usually happens specially if there are weight added on the sleeve for doing Rowing or chest press. the weight of the plates will push the sleeve down. This may appear on the contact points between the Sleeve and the Hole. some users do put sponges or thin foams to avoid the scratches.

**Q: Does it come with the double d handle?**
A: Not sure what a double D means. I have a weight storage rack that hold bars vertically. I insert the base into the bar holding cylinder and with the weight in the rack it works well as a stable base.

**Q: How do you do oblique ab rotations with this?**
A: search landmine exercises on youtube...it is a great resource and the exercises are demonstrated for you.
