Does what it say , resolved without clumping, mix great with engery and protein drinks.

I ordered this Nutricost HMB unflavored powder to add to my protein powder. I can't taste it over my chocolate protein powder. No stomach issues. I hope it's working to preserve muscle tissue and speed up repair. I can't really tell yet. Good price for what you get. Looks like a fine white powder.

Great Product - scoop is too short!!!

This stuff is amazing. I originally bought it because I had read in a study that it helps with recovery. So mind you, I am taking it for just this and nothing more but WOW, this thing has made me much stronger and much more explosive and my muscle mass has increased substantially. If you are athlete or/and you workout consistently. You need to be taking this . I take it with creatine, taurine & electrolytes. This stuff works. Although it’s amazing, the taste and smell are somewhat chemically and disgusting but I’m not drinking this for the taste . Another issue, it doesn’t really dissolve that well so you have to either put it in a shaker cup and shake the living freak out of it. It doesn’t really cause stomach upsets and I usually take it on empty stomach . The texture of this is very fine, more fiber than creatine.

UPDATE: JUST MIXED WITH COLD WATER, DISSOLVED COMPLETELY, NO TASTE/NO AFTER TASTE! 5 stars. Has a taste, almost like burnt coffee. Dissolves well in warm/hot liquids, but not so much in cold water. It's only been a week, so not sure of the effectiveness. No stomach issues. Probably won't buy HMB again, unless I start seeing positive changes.

Please be advised: Does NOT mix or dissolve well at all. Be prepared to try and swallow clumps. Regardless of effort. Unlike creatine, this specific product is not easy to supplement as a result.

I love it, you can't tell it's even being consumed as far as gritty texture and has no taste , it helps repair muscle, helps preserve muscle during a cut, gives pain relief and helps repair tendons, ligaments and honestly has so many benefits that you can't go wrong with it, especially for the price and quality.
