I ordered these to use for timed fluency reading & precision teaching. Typically, I use a time buzzer but it sounds too much like the fire drill. Also, I switched so the students won't play with the buzzer & set it off for kicks. They're student friendly & durable.

I ordered 2 sets. One came opened and one of the sand timers was busted. There was sand everywhere.
