Loud blower
Blower is very loud which makes it difficult for the students to hear the teacher and it reads up to them. Is this normal? H

BEWARE!! YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM.
I purchased this item and when it arrived we found a problem that makes it unusable. The rubberized material on the inside of the dome had flacked off in a number of areas. Some were as large as 1" in diameter. This makes the display of star fields impossible. I called customer service to return this item an automated voice said this item is not returnable. No other options for resolution of the problem were offered. I have emailed Sayok and am awaiting a response. I find it inconceivable that Amazon (which took my $1650) will not assist me in making this right.

Best Service I've Seen on Amazon!
The seller response was fast. I had a time sensitive issue and the seller was able to resolve that issue in impeccable timing. The solution involved going down a size to deliver it to me quicker which actually ended up being the perfect size for what I needed it for along with saving me more money.
