they were about 4 inches each - looked great on the cake!

Can the stick part of the topper be removed?

Not on the one I purchased. It stick down onto the cake and the sparkly number was tracked.

Can I use this with a 1/4 rectangle sheet cake?

I don’t think so. Your cake may need to be at least 2-1/2 to 3 inches deep.
