ACI 173690 Windshield Washer Pump

Works great, great price but as for the Easy to install, It was after I pulled out the tank.There just wasn't enough hand room to pull the old one out.I would recommend removing the tank anyway as this pump is for the older trucks and you need to probably rinse the crud out of the tank too before putting in the new one.If I remember right there were three bolts, two on the fender wall and one at the back. You will need a long socket extension to reach them.After I took out the tank and removed the old pump I found the rubber piece that goes on the end of the pump that goes in the tank is also a filter and it had all sorts of slime on it.I could hear the pump running and thought the propeller or impeller, what ever they use was loose on the shaft. I went ahead and replaced it with the new one since it was so old anyway.It was fairly easy to remove and install.Thanks,Jeffery
