Spending an unnecessary amount of time deciding which pre-workout to buy I came across this Blackweilder Shred which looked to be amazing value at 80 servings for its given ingredient profile. Having used 2 tubs now I believe it's one of the most effective PWO supplements I have had. My, slightly picky, reason for a 4 star review is the strong flavour and 8/10 mixability. In an ideal world I suppose that could be tweaked but realistically who cares, put it down your throat and go smash a workout!!

One of the best pre workouts. Actually this helped me trimming down due thermal ingredients. Taste is a bit strong and spicy but non pre workouts taste good basing on my previous experience and I’ve probably tried over 50 different products since I’ve started gym . Overall Olimp is high rating brand in Europe. I’m also using different products from Olimp . So 5 starts from me .
