Increased energy, appetite suppression
I’m re-ordering these. I took them for about a month, and ran out. The reason I am reordering them is the noticeable difference in my energy level since I ran out. Decrease in energy, increased appetite. Crazy, I know, but I’m convinced this supplement was a difference maker. 🤷🏼♂️

Know what you're ordering
Maybe a little weaker than I expected - I guessing three capsules is similar to 2 cups of regular coffee and maybe 1 espresso. But, that could be a good thing, also, as I'm using it to both lower my caffeine intake, and elevate my metabolism at work to burn a few more calories. It's 6000 mg "equivalent" - label states that one serving size (2 capsules) is 300 mg Guarana 20:1 Extract and is equivalent to 6000 mg of Guarana seed powder. I've already achieved some weight loss, although I've altered my caloric intake also, so there's that. But, my caffeine intake per day has dramatically reduced. And, I don't feel as jittery/shaky as when I was super-caffeinated. YMMV. This was my third bottle since mid-November I believe, and I will continue to order as long as quality and price trend-lines don't intersect.

NO ENERGY BOOST even after taking six capsules
I won't by this product or any manufactured by this company again because I found that there was literally NO energy boost. Even took up to six capsules at once! Only thing that did was cause my stomach to feel sick. I bought these because Monster energy drinks were getting to be too expensive. I returned mine. Potential buyers DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Amazon really should institute a rating system that has zero included for products that have zero value. FYI: I had reviewed this earlier and now it doesn't exist. Wasn't notified that there was something wrong with the content of my review, either... Not the first time this has happened.
