I have a top loading washer with no agitator so it fit fine. I used the casual/delicate cycle and it washed well and held up great. I dried it on low heat and it looks like new!

It I just a cover? Do I need a comforter to put inside

it is the cover only--you need to have a duvet or comforter to go inside.

The duvet has ties inside to to secure the comforter but even after tying it still moves around. Any ideas how to stop it from moving inside?

Mine is a king and it fits well in the duvet I’ve had no movement problems. My comforter is nice and full as well
