Works!
Got a "dL" message on washing machine. Figured out that this piece was not working, purchased it, installed it and now our washing machine works!!! Totally worth it as the washing machine was only almost 2 years old. Why the original didn't even make it to 2 years really bothers me, but this replacement piece works so at the very least we didn't need to buy a whole new machine. Our model number didn't totally match but this looked exactly like the piece we needed to replace. I only gave it 3 strs for installing it because our machines cover was really hard to take off and put back on once the part was installed. Put putting the part in once the machine cover was off was really quite easy to do.

Works as intended!
This product came quickly, was easy to install and my washing machine is back up and running again. So glad there is this less expensive option to the LG part.

Save us so much $
Our appliance repair shops quoted us WAY more than this just for this part. We were able to replace the part ourselves and saved 100s! The part # was the same as the authentic part and has been working great for over a month now.

Worked once
Easy to install, worked once and then never again. I reinstalled the old one and it continued to work 80% of the time, as before.

You need to be able to remove the top of your washer....
The switch its self is great... no problem with product... but the install is somewhat challenging. My washer is just over a year old and there are no youtube video that show me how to remove the top of my model of washer.... so it was a challenge figuring that out. If your not mechanical... don't do this alone.

Item died after 6 weeks, now beyond the retrun period
Worked for approximately six weeks, then died. Unfortunately beyond the return window, so a waste of money at this point.
