Helps blend the THC coconut oil into any recipe when making edibles. It will help the oil to not separate in the recipe of your choice.

Less is more
The difference to homemade milk is amazing. It doesn't just solve the fat-liquid separation but makes the milk creamier in the process of emulsion. I did add a little bit of plain oil and salt. One warning! The flavour is strong, deep, and almost bitter. Use it sparingly until you find what's acceptable to you. Nevertheless, I love it. Wonderful stuff.

works well for butter
Miyoko's butter recipe adjusted for oat milk: 1 1/2 c coconut oil, melted in sunny window (if you heat it up to melt it, you really have to let it cool all the way to 78 degrees). chill in fridge for half hour the following: just over 1/2 cup sunflower oil, 1/2 cup oat milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons lecithin, a scant teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Combine all in blender with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt. Turn on the blender and it zaps into butter in seconds. Refrigerate. This lecithin works perfectly.

I got the wrong thing, but I'm glad I did!
I was supposed to order the powder, not the liquid. I was so disappointed when I removed the foil off the jar and found the liquid. Since I would be using it mostly for an emulsifier for shakes and drinks, I gave it a try. First I emptied the contents into an empty honey squeezable bottle. No mess or fuss! I just squeeze out the amount I need. It's perfect!!!
