Great product! I purchased it because it had turmeric for inflammation and Boswellia that is also good for many common GI issues.

I take supplements regularly because I figure for the most part “no harm no foul and maybe they’ll help something.” But this — THIS — I noticed a difference within hours of taking my first one. I’ve been dealing with ongoing lower back/SI joint pain. Massage. Dry needling. SI belt. Pelvic floor therapy. Exercise. Stretching. Next up — gotta strengthen my glutes. And I was on the verge of going to a doctor because it just wasn’t getting better. Copilot suggested turmeric and boswellia. Bought this one. And wow — I can’t believe it. I break the dose up — one in the morning and one in the evening. And it looks like it’s a low enough dose to come in way below the max amount where allergies or other side effects could happen. And it’s still effective. Now, this doesn’t mean my issue is cured. Gotta get my glute strength up so that my hips and low back aren’t doing so much of the work. But this supplement makes exercise and errands manageable. Definitely recommend.

Took about a week before I felt any alleviation of pain. Taking two at once was hard on my stomach, so I took one with lunch and one with dinner. Taking it with food minimizes the stomach upset.

When I opened the bottle, the cotton was orange, I guess that's from the tumeric though. This hasn't upset my stomach, I feel the quality of ingredients makes it just the right potency to get the job done. I look forward to seeing if this helps with my joint pain and inflammation. The value for the money is excellent.

This helped my inflammation in my back. I recently had a bone fusion in my back, I was taking this product. I wasn't sure if it was helping so I stopped taking. After a few days I was waking up with back pain in the surgery area. I started taking them again and that pain had diminished. I feel they work for me.
