We have a 2007 Civic Couoe and it did fit. I think the higher failure item is the engine mount on the left when you are facing the car with the hood open in front of you. That one and the two torque struts are relatively easy. The transmission support under the computer on the right side you cannot even see very well. I saw some comments on honda boards about disconnecting the computer to gain access and you will have to go begging to a dealer to get a code. Others say it should be no problem. If you just need the torque strut it doesn't take that long. **Q: Will this work as a replacement as a lower motor mount for 2006 Honda Civic ex?** A: Yup **Q: Does it fit a 2010 Honda Civic Lx ?** A: I'm not sure I used it on a 2008 civic. **Q: Will this work for a Manual Transmission vehicle?** A: No, this is listed for automatic transmission vehicles only.
