The problem with this product is that it was not as advertised. The description said that the neon sign had a black plastic backing, but the backing was not on my sign. I contacted the vendor, W-Love, asking for a replacement. W-Love said that the neon sign did not come with a plastic backing even though it was shown in the picture and represented in the text. They knowingly misrepresented the product.
