Not a good product
Slippery elm as i know is slimy and turns into gel form instantly when mixed with water but the contents inside the capsule don't. God knows what is in the capsule, for sure it's not slippery elm

Good and trusted product
Since i am into diet and exercise i take this supplement as it has all the necessary vitamins also it releives heartburn..and cleans my GI tract

It has effect on constipation. But not so effective for gastritis or gerd.
