Had for 2 weeks and so far so good. Can not get support but good for light streaming and school work. Came in good condition. Battery holding up.

i have always disliked Apple products, but I have brought iPhones and iPads for my wife and child, I decided to let my child decide what she wanted for a computer for virtual school. she wanted a MacBook, for her this one and it did look to be in excellent condition. while logged in the other day her screen started to glitch butbrhe computer was fine if connected to a docking station and monitor. (screen on computer still glitching but not the monitor, well Iam within the return/replacement time, and in need of help desk , couldn't find anything in my order to contact the seller so I used the Amazon support button, CS had me doing stuff i thought was a bit unorthodox, but hey I am no expert on Apple, CS couldn't help me but they did screw up the computer worse, dude told me to reset the computer had me press buttons and in the end he wiped my hard drive and now I have a folder with a question mark and a support website on the screen, he made it worse now and told me to take it to Staples, now my child has to do her school work on her phone and I won't get a refund until October 2nd, my child has already done poorly on 2 test because she is using her phone to do classwork. all I wanted is to get a replacement or fix the problem. I don't even know who to really blame, the company that sold it in "excellent" condition or Amazon for help desk that wiped my OS. I have to wait for the refund, order something else, which sucks because I only had the option to have the refund go back to my Amazon account not the card that I used to pay for it, so I have to wait now for the refund, even though the there was a refund/replacement option when I brought it . Once I get this straightened out, I will probably leave Amazon once I get my money back and go with that other local company that has a large online presence, you know the one in the end my child needs a good computer. taking math a year ahead of your grade level is hard, even harder on an iPhone with such a small screen, hopefully I can transfer the money from Amazon to my card.

First off I would like to start with saying I am beyond pleased, I ordered this computer and read the reviews after the fact and got a little worried, there were a lot of bad reviews I saw and I didn’t know if I should’ve belived them because I have ordered a couple of renewed Apple products off of Amazon before and had no issues. Here is my experience: (I ordered excellent condition for $299) when I got it came bubble wrapped, with a charger and with a “case” (a computer sticker skin). I didn’t need to plug it in it was already charged and I turned it on and set it up, I did run into a problem accepting the terms of service, you have to go back and press set up I cloud later in order to accept the terms, I added my I cloud after the fact, I texted people and FaceTimed time to make sure it worked and it did (sound and camera quality is great) , everything on my phone transferred over immediately contacts, photos, Apple Music, recent messages everything! I didn’t know you couldn’t download apps like Netflix and YouTube, you have to search up the website online sign into it and then set it up as a shortcut and as you can see in my last picture I have everything added into my bar and I turned the computer off and back on to make sure it didn’t sign me out,so far I’ve had no issues with battery drainage it has been open for a long time and barely went down, I also switched over the default browser to chrome to make it easier to use for school you can download that online as well, the only thing wrong with it to my knowledge is the tiny tiny dot on the screen (second pic) it turns black when it’s on and white when it’s turning off and I really don’t care about it I paid $300 and these computers go for over $1000 so I could really care less, overall I love this so much and I’m glad I bought it, it is an amazing deal and really recommend it for anyone wanting one

So far so good. Haven’t had challenges, looks so clean too.It was easy to set up and no scratches too.

Looks all dinged up, it has speeds fast enough to use for school, but wint work for video editing / music making. has a good value for money, but it all really depends on what you use it for. good durability, everything functions perfectly

If I could select negative stars I would. The computer was over 10 years old which I probably should have checked before I ordered it, it arrived in ok condition fa few scratches no big deal, but the language was set to Spanish and I had a horrible time trying to figure out how to change the language settings after navigating the entire initial setup in spanish(I don’t speak or read spanish). After charging the computer to its full potential I removed it from the charger and it only was usable for approximately 45-50 minutes total use before it needed plugging in and charged again. I got started on setting my prefrences but after just a couple uses the computer wouldn’t even turn on anymore. I was super disappointed when learning that it might not be eligible for complete refund due to my use ESPECIALLY because I had less than 2-3 hours total use on the laptop the entire time I had it before it crapped out. Luckily the return was processed and refund has been issued and I decided to go with a different seller due to the mass amounts of negative reviews, which again I didn’t even notice until after my original purchase. I’ve never had a computer in my life, and I’m in my mid 30s so this was a big deal to me. Read the Reviews on the seller and the product and CHECK THE YEAR MODEL. I was trying to download new apps and was unable due to the age of the laptop and its inability to update to the latest iOS version. Ask if the computer you are purchasing is able to update to the latest version and download new software.

When I received the MacBook it was in perfect condition nothing wrong with it and not a scratch, it was perfect. I mostly did school work on it Then yesterday when I went to go watch a movie for the first time and using the sound/speaker for the first time I notice the sound of the laptop the speaker is messed up, makes an awful loud noise like demonic sounds and completely ruins the point of me getting myself this laptop. I’ve check to see if anything is in the speaker and nothing it will not fix itself or anything. For “excellent” condition wasn’t for excellent. I have not damaged the laptop or anything

El equipo llegó con una batería que solo tenía 5 ciclos de uso, en general el equipo parecía nuevo. solo un pequeño detalle en una tecla, la flecha arriba, fuera de eso toda ella parecía nueva. Quedé enamorado de ese equipo, muy sencillo de usar, el audio superdefinido y claro, la pantalla en excelentes condiciones, colores brillantes. Cero detalles en la carcasa. Definitivamente puedo volver a comprar un equipo refurbished en Amazon.

Macbook arrived today but with a 128 GB ssd instead of 256 GB which was very annoying as I needed the larger capacity. Other than that the Macbook is clean and functioning very nicely. It came installed with Sierra but was easily updated to the latest MacOS Catalina.

Me ayudó mucho revisar las reviews de los demás, depende de lo que estas buscando. Hasta el momento me ha funcionado muy bien y para mi trabajo esta ideal. Estéticamente trae detalles como ligeros raspones y un una leve abertura en la parte inferior izquierda. Cuenta con cargador genérico. El teclado es americano. Los ciclos de la batería es de 214. Fuera de los detalles esteticos me ha funcionado muy bien y corre los programas con rapidez. Ha sido mi mejor inversión.

Estéticamente, no tiene ningún rasguño, funciona muy bien, el único pero es que la batería NO le dura ni 4 horas, tiene 521 ciclos de batería 🔋
