Evans Drum Heads - Onyx 2-Ply Tompack Coated, Standard (12 inch, 13 inch, 16 inch)

Replaced the heads on old drum set. These heads have a good quality tight sound. Very responsive and I like the black color.

While theses are batter heads , I put them on as bottoms to get a look for my kit I was going for. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that they gave my drums a nice deep sound. I had been looking for a way to achieve this and it was a nice accident when I found these head’s brought it to me. I may even buy another set for batters once my current heads wear out. Great buy.

Ok first off, let me say I'm a fairly new drummer so I don't know much about new heads. I needed a new set of heads for my used acoustic drum set that I got in late February. I had heard great things about Evans, so I decided to try these. Wow! What a difference! These heads have amazing quality and I can tell that they will last a long time. They tuned very quickly and they have amazing tone. I will definitely buy these again if I ever need new heads.

Used remo pinstripes for years and went on a limb to try these evens based on the sound profile. Amazing tones, easy to tune. The texture allows brush versatility. That along with matte black finish makes it look, feel and sound like a whole new set.

Got these to replace my old snare heads. They bring a more crisp sound and a deeper, more distinct hit to the drums. Perfect for metal drummers in my opinion🤘

Wasn’t sure about these heads at first but once they are being beaten on, they sound better and better.

These drum heads look great and sound great. I love the black finish, and when I first put them on the shells there was no wiggling but each had a solid fit. I've been using these for about a month now and they have proved to be very durable.
