You get low percussive effect while strumming , which I imagine is good for super hi gain stuff ....I rarely will play that gained out so it makes my slightly crunchy tone quiet with dynamics difficult to come by ......so my disclaimer , I've been learning for lil over 3 yrs but am still very much a beginner .....so any technique is a skill I'm still developing and maybe I'm missing something about these picks because of that......otherwise these are very well made nice and thick and comfortable..
Review: Favorite flatpick. - This one does not flip out of my fingers. Very thick and stiff. I especially like it for my mandolin playing. Some players don’t like these at all. But they work for me like no other.
