Good price for mid tier premium EVOO. Glass bottle with dark tint. Pressed date on the back.
I was looking for a better quality EVOO but I didn't want to spend a huge amount of olive oil. I consume a lot of EVOO and I primarily care about high polyphenol content and price. I did a bunch of research, but I am no olive oil expert. This is what I think:This oil originates from Morocco. Information on polyphenol content isn't available for all brands but I was able to find some numbers of Atlas. I assume it varies, based on olive harvest each year, etc. Either way, I can't test anything myself in a lab but it sounds like Atlas is known to contain high levels of polyphenols. There are certainly brands that have higher levels of polyphenols for people looking for extreme levels but this is considered high by most standards. (Not an expert opinion but based on internet research I have done)The price and packaging are additional items that drew me to this brand. It is a full liter where the wine bottle size, more expensive oils come in .75 liter bottles. The internet suggests finding EVOO with a pressed date on the back. There is a pressed date on EVOO. The bottles that I have purchased from Amazon arrive to me about 3-5 months after the pressed date. You can pay for oils flown over instead of travelling on a ship but it should be good for 12-18 months minimum from the pressed date. If the most premium, most expensive oil is what you are after, this is not it.If you want high polyphenol content, oil with a pressed date, relatively recently harvested oil, good packaging and a good price, is this the best I found.EVOO doesn't expire but the polyphenol content does slowly degrade I guess. I go through it quickly so I don't worry about it. I would rather receive bottles that are harvested less than 3 months ago but I'm not willing to pay for it personally. The oil does have a peppery taste and you do feel it in your throat if you take a tablespoon of it. (which is good and indicates high polyphenol content) It tastes good in my opinion but I don't know if I have tried oils that don't taste good. I also not have a strong preference for a specific taste. I prefer good quality, recently pressed, well packaged oil for a good price.I would recommend shaking it each time you use it.

A True Superfood & An Absolute Steal!
Better Than Oils Double the Price – A Must-Have for Your Daily Wellness Routine! If you are still buying standard, mass-produced olive oil from the grocery store, you are completely missing out on both flavor and real health benefits. Switching to Atlas Organic Moroccan EVOO has been an absolute game-changer for me. The difference in quality, taste, and transparency is night and day.The Taste: Rich, Authentic, and the Perfect Peppery KickUnlike store-bought brands that often taste flat, greasy, or completely devoid of character, this Moroccan olive oil has an incredibly rich, robust, and authentic flavor. The standout feature for me is the distinct peppery finish at the back of the throat. If you know anything about high-quality olive oil, you know that peppery burn is the ultimate sign of freshness and high antioxidant potency.Peak Freshness & High PolyphenolsWhat sets Atlas apart is their transparency. My bottle arrived with a recent harvest date, proving this isn't old stock that's been sitting in a warehouse for years. It comes from a single family farm, and you can truly taste the care that goes into it. Furthermore, it boasts exceptionally high polyphenol numbers. You are getting a highly concentrated, unprocessed dose of antioxidants with every single pour.My Daily Health ProtocolI treat this oil more like a premium health supplement than a cooking ingredient. Here is how I integrate it into my daily wellness routine for maximum health benefits:First Thing in the Morning: I take 2 tablespoons on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast every single day. Taking a high-polyphenol EVOO on an empty stomach is fantastic for reducing systemic inflammation, supporting gut health, and boosting cellular repair.Breakfast Synergy: I pair my morning routine with oregano oil and black seed oil at breakfast for an ultimate immune and antioxidant defense. The Lunchtime Boost: Every other day, I add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil at lunch to keep my cognitive energy and metabolism firing on all cylinders. An Incredible ValuePerhaps the most shocking part of this olive oil is the price. For a single-estate, newly harvested, organic, high-polyphenol EVOO, you would easily expect to pay premium boutique prices. Atlas has made this incredibly inexpensive for the elite level of quality you are receiving. The Bottom LineWhether you are taking it by the spoonful for its massive health benefits or drizzling it over a finished dish, this is chef-grade, medicinal-quality oil at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be keeping this on auto-ship. Highly recommended!

Dark heavy glass container with over 13 certification of its pureness
One of the best with over 13 certifications for purity and being PURE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, I honestly expected it to be on the bitter side. To my surprise, it wasn't bad at all. Not super mellow like the mixed oils, but then that is not what you are buying this one for. You want all the rich antioxidents this one provides. The 17 oz bottle is made of dark and heavy glass which preserves the quality of the oil. At $20 for 17oz it may be perhaps double what you normally pay for, but very reasoable and you want one of the best.Save one use for your teaspoon a day oil only for your health without spending a fortune, and use your regular one for cooking etc. It will last a long time this way !

Excellent organic olive oil.
Wonderful peppery olive oil. Organic, from Morocco. We drizzled it on our pasta a couple of nights ago and it enhanced the flavor nicely. Large bottle for good price.

a year old already
Im sure this is good olive oil, but I’m disappointed in the harvest date. It’s exactly a year old the different things that are good for you are degraded and fading fast. Usually 1 year and a half its useless. I received it in a few days but it was made 8/2025. I will use it six months so it should be okay.

Very goood product as advertised.
High quality, great taste and fresh. I am very pleased and for a great price. On a chance but after being able to read all the label info I was able to verify its quality and the taste tells the rest.

Nice product
A very light oil which I like. Good size bottle for the price. Bottle appearance is nice. Like the small spout it has not to much oil at one time.

Single source, cold pressed, high quality.
This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.

Good glass bottle
Took 2 tsp immediately. It was very mild and no strong taste. No peppery taste. My experience was just a mild flavour almost nothing. Interested to read other reviews again. I did turn the bottle several times to make sure of any including settlements.
