A decliciois mustard, mild enough to use with chicken. In fact, Gutenberg that’s it has tarragon in, it’s perfect with chicken both hot and cold. For my personal taste I’d have preferred a slightly stronger flavour of tarragon. But then again it’s one of my top favourite herbs, especially with guinea fowl as well as chicken. If you like turkey or rabbit (I dislike both) this would go well with both of those too. Otherwise it would simply make a pleasant change in a ham sandwich. (Ooh, and maybe in a chopped egg one; I’m going to try that next.)

A favorite and hard to find unless in Dijon France

I discovered this mustard recently and it's a real game-changer, especially for salad dressings. I also use it to make a great tarragon honey mustard sauce to accompany sous vide belly pork. The only downside with my order is that the best-before date is only 6 weeks away and while the jars are small and I do love this mustard, I'm not sure I'd get through a jar a week. I imagine I'll give one or two jars away.

Really nice, good strong flavour and good amount of heat. It's a small jar, but worth it, as it's lovely! Delivered quickly and well packaged.

My husband love tarragon mustard and was delighted to get this as part of his Christmas box. He said it was lovely but a bit salty.

This is probably my favourite mustards. Not everyone likes the taste of Tarragon but I do. Cheese on toast [fromage grillé], ham sandwiches [sandwiches jambon] and in cream sauce with chicken and mushrooms.

Vergleichsweise zu teuer. Qualität gut.

普通に美味しい。特に魚をムニエルにして、生クリーム仕立てにし、最後にこれを溶かすと最高。火の入れすぎに注意。

Der leckerste Estragonsenf,den ich kenne. Kein dominanter 'lakritziger' Geschmack,der oft bei Estragon auftritt.

Ich brauchte für ein Rezept Estragon-Senf und habe mich nach ausgiebiger Suche für diesen Senf entschieden, gut aber teuer. Womit der Preis für diese kleine Menge gerechtfertigt ist, erschließt sich mir leider nicht.
