this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office
Although I did not pay attention to size when I ordered it, this globe is still a beautiful addition to any room or office. I actually bought it to put in an office, so it being smaller than typical globes is not a real issue. The wooden stand is high quality. There are lots of details on the map itself. It turns easily on its base, and is not top heavy or unstable at all. Truly a beautiful piece with lots of detail!

Nice globe
Nice looking and sturdy globe. The only issues we have were that the maps appeared to be a little mismatched (lines are a little off where the pieces connect, and the font looks a little different on the corresponding parts), but it's hardly noticeable if you're looking for a nice decorative (versus educational) piece.

Save your money
I know I shouldn't be surprised at how awful this globe is when it was the least expensive one I could find on Amazon, but for over $30 I really thought it would be okay. I suppose one Does have to look closely to see how Scandanavia isn't all there and the lines of latitude don't meet where the sticker that is this map on a sphere was applied. I will be returning this because the point for us was for my children to be able to poor hours over it instead of screens and learn geography. A globe should help give one a clearer understanding of the size of countries in relation to one another. This sadly does not.

Not too big, not too small for table behind the couch.
Looks really nice, love it.

Cute little decorative globe
A bit pricey for what it is and you could certainly grab something similar for cheaper at Home Goods. It is however very cute and made for a great guest book for our small COVID wedding! Worked perfectly for what I needed it for. It does have some spelling errors and it is small so this wouldn’t be great for a classroom globe.

Cute globe but many errors in alignment
Cute little globe. However, when looking closer at it, many areas that have issues: Europe is spelled Eur-pe (missing the o); Sweden is completely misaligned; the boot of Italy is askew, etc); many lines are missing (Canadian provinces and US states). It may be because it is a small-scale globe, but in hindsight, I would not but this one.

This globe is cute. I should have read dimensions closer. Smaller than I was expecting.
