Soy Flour (1 lb) by Earthborn Elements, Defatted, Ideal for Baking, Cooking, Frying, and Thickening, High in Protein, Less Carbs than All-Purpose Flour

A little blander tasting than other soy flours I’ve tried, but the nutritional info is amazing and I don’t like an overwhelming soy taste anyway! I really liked the packaging.

It was fresh and I Mixed with rice flour to make a poori (indian fried tortilla). It came out amazing

Good defatted soy flour, incredibly high protein low calorie/fat/sugar. Worked well in my lemon bars as less unhealthy 1:1 substitute for white flour with a little xantham gum, but it has to be used properly; many recipes will not allow for a 1:1 substitution. Good product keeping that in mind. Price/pound is too high for the 1 pound version.

This is a great product,and keto friendly. I will buy again

I’m using this as a replacement to regular flour to make low carb homemade bread. I’m very pleased with the product.

Use it with Atkins recipes.
