Q: Does anyone know how to use this? am i right to think you need to select a program then increase the speed. what should it be on ? thank you 🙌

Instructions are not clear . But if you press the bottom button under the start button you can select the speed . I start on program 1 and warm up to higher programs . Iv not worked out how to get it to go into English on start up . But it is a fab device .

Q: What is the top speed of the machine

Difficult to measure ,but very high tension. Great workout.youl feel it alright .but build gradually

Q: Is it possible to stand on the plate in bare feet? It looks a bit knobbly and uncomfortable?

At fast speed it will be very uncomfortable
