Can you bake muffins in this oven?

Yes, we are able to turn the microwave off completely and set the temperature lower to accommodate.
They will have to be baked on one of the accessories as the cavity is 12.3” Deep and 14.8” Wide

Do you plan to cook more items in the oven in addition to the muffins and scones?
The oven can utilize several temperature settings but only one at a time. Many customers start with a low temperature in the morning to do some baked goods then turn the temp up for lunch to accommodate sandwiches, pizzas, etc.
The oven can be programmed to adjust temps automatically based on time of day as well.
